Poker Download Instructions

This guide is for PC users only.

Mac and Linux users can play our Instant Poker by clicking the link on the left menu (Flash Player is required).

Getting Started

	Click on either the 'Run' or 'Open' button from the popup box.

	Follow the installation instructions: Click "Browse" if you want to change the destination folder then "next"

	Once you have successfully installed the software, check the "Launch BetJacks Poker Now" whatever you want to play now or later, if later, double-click the "BetJacks Poker" icon on your desktop. This will connect you to the Lobby, listing all the games.

	On the bottom right of the Poker lobby, choose 'Login' then choose 'new user' Fill in your information and follow the on screen instructions to register. Note: ALL mandatory fields must be entered to complete the registration (including "State" and "Phone" entry fields). Once you have successfully registered at BetJacks Poker

	Before you can play for real money, you will need to make a deposit. Click on the 'Login' button on the bottom right of the Poker Lobby and fill the login form, then Click on "deposit" to launch the cashier and simply make a deposit using one of the many easy deposit methods available. It’s that simple!

Troubleshooting

A small percentage of players may have to uninstall their existing software before installing the upgrade. If you do receive an error message while installing, follow these easy steps:

For Windows XP/2000 users:

• —Go to the Start button and select the Control Panel
• —Select Add or Remove Programs
• —Select BetJacks Poker from the list of programs
• —Click on the Remove button to uninstall BetJacks Poker from your computer

For Windows Vista users:

• —Go to the Start button and select the Control Panel
• —Select Programs
• —Select Programs and Features
• —Select Uninstall a Program
• —Find BetJacks Poker and Click on the Uninstall button to uninstall BetJacks Poker from your computer then reinstall the BetJacks Poker software

Another possibility is that there may be a firewall or router blocking the software from connecting to the internet. To resolve this, simply allow BetJacks Poker to connect to the internet through your firewall settings. If you're unsure of how to do this, please contact our customer service center and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you.
